Hi Jackie,

If it was a locked phone, and the network didn't want you to update it, the
Nokia updater wouldn't present you with an update, simple as that.  So that
is not the problem.  But I am not sure what is.

Dave, is it a locked phone, because it occurs to me that if you've updated
the firmware, it might not be happy if the network doesn't support it.
