Yes and he will still have to get up and change the station if he wants to listen to something else.

what happens is into the pc you plug a very small portable transmitter which
can run off a battery or mains, this has a small aerial, rather like the
kind used on celphones a few years ago.  You find a clear space on the FM
band on your radio and tune the transmitter to send so you can hear the
