Hi Jeff.
Try going into the view menu when you’re in that folder, arrow down to the
Arrange icons by submenu and then arrow right to open the submenu. Arrow to
Name and then press enter and your sort order will be back to A to Z.

I know this sounds mad, windows xp, there is no Sort in applications.
Have I done something to this computer?

for some reason one of them has reversed going z to a, how do I reverse it?
