what do you get asked for? you should be asked for the card number, expiry 
and start dates, possibly an issue number though maybe not with visa and a 3 
digit security number which should be part of the strip on the back of your 
card.

If there are other things being asked of you sorry I can't help but it 
should affect the tesco standard site as well as the access site.

As an alternative you could try another store such as sainsburys.

Hi, Listers!

Please can somebody help.

I can no longer gain access to the Tesco site because my Visa card
isn't recognised.  Tesco say I must contact the bank, who have added
more security.  They recommend I contact the bank tomorrow, but
meantime I simply can't shop with Tesco.

A friend has had the same problem, where the bank and Tesco are
blaming each other, so she can no longer do her shopping
online.  She's been told that all banks will soon be using more security.

Any ideas, please?
