Hi Annabel

Okay, let's deal with your Windows live mail question first. If someone's
messages are being marked as junk in error, go to their message in the junk
folder and Bring up the context menu by pressing the applications key or shift
F10. Scroll to junk mail options and select mark as not junk. You can also add
that person to your safe senders list.

Now for your iPhone questions. There are quite a few handy satnav apps which
you can get either free or paid. My personal recommendation for your particular
requirements is Ariadne GPS which is very inexpensive but which will tell you
where you are you travelling. There is also BlindSquare which is considerably
more pricey but more feature rich, giving you information about points of
interest around you. As for Podcasts, there is a perfectly respectable podcast
app built into your iPhone called Podcasts, but you can also get a number of
apps. One that is very popular is called Downcast and I believe it is paid
although it's not too expensive.
