To get to BT's spam folder, go to www.bt.com and then enter on e-mails. You
then complete your user name and password then log in. After this tab
around until you find a list with inbox at the top. Down arrow to spam and
enter. You then need to tab around again until you come to the list of
emails in the spam folder. At this point use the application key and then
up arrow to not spam and enter. Prior to this list is a box which is
unchecked by default. If you check this and then tab once more to the list
of emails, you can then use the application key again and enter on not spam.
This will take all these emails and place them in your BT inbox.
