[access-uk] Tvonics problem

Hi list,
For a few days I have been unable to delete recordings from the library with
the red button. Yesterday I could not create a series recording because the
blue button wouldn’t work. I checked the other colour buttons, the green did
something but not the yellow. So, checked the menus and decided to try a reset.
Entered the password and commenced the reset. Disconnected from the mains and
rebooted. The set came on with the voice message to press blue to start the
speech. The blue button doesn’t work so I’m now a bit stuck. Have changed the
battery in the remote which did not help.
Any advice would be appreciated. Intend to get someone with sight to help. I
believe there is a list member who may be able to sell me another one. I
forget the version number but it has a sloping front. I’m not bothered wbout
which version I get but don’t look forward to being without it so get a spare.
