Hi Barry.Yes, you can do this without problem as they both devices use different Bluetooth profiles. This is what I personally do when out navigating with wayfinder.

Hi all Can I use a Bluetooth GPS and a Bluetooth headset at the same time on my Nokia N95? I'm looking to use them both with Wayfinder.
