Hi Barbra.

If the phone is less than a year old, your best bet is either to take it in to
the network operator store where you bought it or else a Nokia care centre.
They'll probably send the phone off to Nokia, then its a question of waiting
anything up to 2 weeks for them to check it out and make necessary repairs.

All the best, Ibrahim.

  Hi All

Those of you who have been following my Nokia N79 WLAN problems on here,
thanks for your patience and advice. Today I took my N79 into town and tried to
access to HotSpots at both Starbucks and McDonalds. I could connect to the
networks but not go online. I was in the past able to surf using tese access
points with other phones. I can onlyconclude therefore that there is a fault
with the phone. I will be sending it back to Nokia to be repaired or replaced.
Now, I begin the search on the Nokia Website to find out how to do this!
