Hi Barbra. If the phone is less than a year old, your best bet is either to take it in to the network operator store where you bought it or else a Nokia care centre. They'll probably send the phone off to Nokia, then its a question of waiting anything up to 2 weeks for them to check it out and make necessary repairs. All the best, Ibrahim. ----- Original Message ----- From: Barbara Wilson To: Access-UK Sent: Friday, March 20, 2009 2:58 PM Subject: [access-uk] WLAN problems concluded (Almost) Hi All Those of you who have been following my Nokia N79 WLAN problems on here, thanks for your patience and advice. Today I took my N79 into town and tried to access to HotSpots at both Starbucks and McDonalds. I could connect to the networks but not go online. I was in the past able to surf using tese access points with other phones. I can onlyconclude therefore that there is a fault with the phone. I will be sending it back to Nokia to be repaired or replaced. Now, I begin the search on the Nokia Website to find out how to do this!
