Have been looking at the Dell outlet site for re-furbished computers. They
have a two in one model which I was told means that it can be used as a
laptop or tablet. The assistant tried to explain to me over the phone what
that means in practical terms but I couldn't follow. CAN ANYBODY EXPLAIN how
that will impact upon its use as a blind person.
