[access-uk] Unable to gt through to Central London Dial-A-Ride

I am a member of dial-a-ride in Lndon and wanted to book a journey this
morning. Unfortnately I cannot get through as they keep asking me to enter a
password. I dfo not have a password and it does not matter what option I press
on the telephone, I am asked for a passwor. Is there anyone on this list using
dial-a-ide in London, can ou contct me off list and let me know what is going
on. I have tried putting in my membership number as a passord but this has not
worked. Perhaps they would dowelld to answer e-mails or even send out
information in an accessable format and then perhapsI would know my password.
It was fine when I booked it 3 weeks ago, I got a human being at the other end
of the phone.
