Hi Martin

I thought I did.  I certainly was able to upload to this server quite a long
time ago, and there's no reason why anything should have changed.  In fact,
when I was trying to upload yesterday afternoon there was one file that I
thought I managed to do properly, but it was the wrong one!!

I'll probably give my ISP a ring and check out the permissions this morning.
