[access-uk] Using GMail

Hi,
Have just signed up for GMail. Every time I go there it says if you are
using a screen reader you may wish to switch to basic html for a better
experience, which I do. My question is - doesn't it remember this choice so
you don't have to switch every time? Or do I need to save it somewhere/am I
missing something?
