Hi Jackie,
Strange only yesterday I rang t mobile concerning doing exactly the same as you want to do.
apparently they have a disability line you can ring them on.
the techie person told me about these cards and it costs £20 per month to have.
the card comes with a usb cable.
it sounds like the one David has.
you also have a t mobile sim card with software.
this chap said just plug in the card to the laptop and the software automatically will install and connect.
I wonder if this is true.
I am looking in to doing this via bluetooth using my e65 modem but I am having difficulty in loading my bluetooth tdk drivers.
it says no bluetooth found even when the cable is plugged in.
with my braille note pk I can use my e65 so then I can use the internet with the price being £1 per day with t mobile.
I think there are all different cards available vodafone orange and the like.
be interested to know how you get on.
I wonder when you plug this device in if it takes over the connection in internet explorer.
very interesting though.
