One more, I actually got the handset on the free upgrade but got Talks on
privately, it did save the cost of the handset.

Hi Carol, The customer services number for the special needs department is: 08700 733 222. I don't know how good they are regarding Talks as I haven't called them myself and I've left Vodafone now but hope the number helps.
