Hi Catherine,

It's something that you install on your mobile phone.  If it's to have any
applicability in this context or be of any use for us, it sounds as though
the accessible alternative being proposed by Visa Europe requires us to have
mobile phones with speech solutions installed as a minimum.

I also don't know if this solution would have implications for authorising a
transaction over the phone, e.g. if you were calling from the phone on which
the applet was installed.

It's something I'll ask in my follow up email to Visa Europe next week.
