Hi Jackie - yes it makes sense; my 'Downloads' folder is empty, which means 
that the attempted download of RP10 didn't complete, and anyway, it was 
actually going to put it in the temporary folder, as I had been forced to 
select run rather than save, as there didn't appear to be a save option when 
downloading, and of course, I had that crazy slow 6.5 download speed!

I'll be having another go with this shortly
