Hello John and Sandra,

I, too, am experiencing the exact same problem.

With best wishes,

Keith

Hello Sandra,

As I think you know alredy, I have also been getting this exact same problem
myself for a couple of months now. It started either just after I installed
a more up-to-date version of Webbie, or after I ran a copy of a free malware
remover called something like Awtclean but I can't quite remember its
precise name, or it could even have been after I ran CC Cleaner but I con't
think it was the latter, as I ahve used this in the same way in the past
hundreds of times with no problems like this.

If you discover the reason and any fix for it, please let me know. I know
others are also having this same problem.

I am using Windows 8.1 64 bit and an unstall and reinstall of Webbie does
not fix this issue either. I suspect that some system component has been
disabled/removed or perhaps a Registry key or something like that.

I do not get this problem when I use Webbie for BBC TV on my old XP
computer.

I have asked Alisdair about this but had no response.

John.
