[access-uk] What does Vista registered mean?

Hi all -

I'm looking at USB sound cards, and compatibility. I have found a Creatives one 
that is compatible with Windows 7, Vista registered, and XP 64 bit.

This laptop is running Vista home premium, is that different to registered? -
