Hi Simon

I guess they are useful for backing up music CD's, but I don't think I will
risk it. Thanks for the info though.

Barry

HI BARRY, A TORRENT SITE IS WHERE TORRENTS ARE STORED.
A TORRENT IS THE FILE THAT HOLDS INFORMATION ABOUT AN ALBUM, MOVIE, SOFTWARE
ETC.
THIS INFO IS USUALL TITLE, ARTIST, AND WHERE IT LOOKS TO DOWNLOAD FROM.
I USE BIT COMMET FROM TIME TO TIME TO DOWNLOAD, SO YOU WOULD DOWNLOAD THE
TORRENT, AND IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE BIT CLIENTS INSTALLED, WHEN YOU CLICK ON
THE TORRENT YOU GOT, IT WILL OPEN IN THAT PROGRAM AND START DOWNLOADING WHAT
IT CONTAINS.
BE VERY CAREFUL THOUGH BECAUSE THAT IS ONE OF THE SURE FIRE WAYS OF GETTING
INFECTED WITH VIRUSES AND TROJANS.
HTH
