Hi john. I always recommend people uninstall all screen readers apart from NVDA 
at least for the upgrade. Then, reinstall windows10 with NVDA set as your 
primary screen reader and set to run on startup. After setup via narrator, you 
should be good to go with speech again. At that point you can reinstall jaws, 
window eyes etc.
