I was under the impression that they didn't do demonstrations outside their office for individuals. Which was why I had to go their. Are you saying that they do demonstrations in different locations?

Yusuf

Hi yusuf

I think the short answer is its up to the individual company
whether or not they want to conduct a demonstration in a location other
than
their own office and in their own office hours.

Agreed, but if the same company does do demonstrations and training away from offic e site, the policy should be same for all customers.

When I had a demonstration of the
Braille Lite in 2000 I had to go their to Blazie HQ but they paid
for a taxi to take me home afterwards.

Fine but what if you lived over 200 miles away! Regards, Derek
