I agree with you about the Equality Act, and not only Derek, but the bank's
equality officer could have brought this into play earlier on in the
story...but let's not resort to name-calling.

Clive, know it doesn't, the point I[m making is that only someone as stupid and
petty as Derek would waste the banking obudsman's time with such nonsense.
Personally I'd have thought the equalities act would have been a more
productive angle to approach this from.
