Hi Dj
When I was with BT Openworld, any messages considered to be spam were placed into a folder called bulk on the website. Your friend will have to log into the web mail service on the BT Openworld site and check this bulk folder. There is a way to tell the Spam Guard software that a particular message is not spam, but it's over two years since I was with them so I'm a bit rusty on how you do this but if your friend checks this bulk folder, it may have instructions there to unspam your messages so that they will be delivered in future.
Sorry I can't be more precise but at least you know where to look!

Cheers,
Sandra.
