[access-uk] cobolt scales

hi all
Has anyone noticed problems with the cobolt kitchen scales?
When I weigh my dogs food out it says one measurement when tip the dry food in
to the bowl then 3 seconds later it goes up an ounce or a half ounce. It
rediculous I am paying for accuracy not 2 different readings
