Well first of all I'll come clean and say I use OE rather than Eudora. This is
mainly because I am on a dial-up connection and JAWS doesn't giv me progress
reports as messages are downloading with Eudora. I have tried Eudora, and it's
quite good, in particular I like its capability of resending messages from your
Sent Items folder, also it can export a whole folder to a single text file.
You can configure it to show only mail boxes which have new messages in them
when you download your e-mail. No doubt other people will have more to
contribute here.
