[access-uk] getting rid of log on screen

Hi all, For some reason my laptop has started displaying the log on screen when I turn it on or restart it. How can I prevent this? I am using Windows XP home.

When it appears I just press enter and the computer logs on to windows.

I've looked in user accounts in control pannel and deleted my network passbourt account thinking that it would get rid of the annoying log on screen, but it didn't.
