Hi David.
The windows operating system has various tools available, both free and
paid that allow you to interact with the computer via voice or by using
a webcam to move the mouse with head gestures etc. what's the level of
disability that we're talking? and what kind of things does she want the
device to do? android and iOS operating systems also offer various
functions via voice including skype, calling people in your contacts,
dictating text messages, etc. if you'd rather a chat via phone for
further advice, please don't hesitate to drop me a note on or off list.
mobeeniqbal@xxxxxxxxx
is where you'll find me.
all the best,
Mo.

Hi,
this is a difficult subject, but I know some one who is fully sighted, but
needs a computer which she can talk to. This to open Skype, but she can not use
her hands. Is their such a thing like this on the market? Need to find out very
soon, so if anyone can point me in the right direction I would be very
grateful. David.** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:-
