[access-uk] how to create a profile in google

Hi
I would like to set up a profile in my google account but
don't know how to do it nor can I find the link for settting
on up, please can somebody put me right.
I would also like to know how to change my e-mail
subscriptions to google groups, I have them set up on
account but would like to move them to my new one.
