Adrienne; many questions before I can even begin to recommend:
Where are you now?
How much do you currently pay for a Three dongle?
Do you have a 3 contract, and is the country you are in now one of the "3
like home" countries?
How much broadband do you need and what will you be using it for?
Do you make a lot of landline phone calls?
Will you be near neighbours who could maybe share their wifi with you?
That should be a start!
