Optima has already been mentioned, and they are the best I know of for
LVA's, etc. Bound to be a number of suppliers in the US, and one that has
a good range is at

A good site for info is that of the manufacturers of COIL magnifiers. On
their site you will find a list of distributors which includes Optima! You
will find COIL at
