Hi Barry
Thank you very much for your interest in the Bierley MonoMouse, please see
below the answers to your questions-
1. What is the power supply?
The MonoMouse is powered by a wall adapter provided with the MonoMouse
2. What is the operation method?
The MonoMouse is by the far the simplest CCTV device available, you simply
switch it on and scroll across the text and read comfortably
3. Can an operator zoom in and out?
The MonoMouse is purely a fixed magnification however we do have a High and
a Low magnification option when you order.
4. Is it a fixed magnification dependent purely on the size of the TV
screen?
Yes the MonoMouse is a fixed magnification, which means that the amount of
text you see is always the same but the size of text would depend on the TV
5. What technical support is available?
Full technical support is given from the day you receive the MonoMouse,
however the product is so simple to get started with and use that there is
really no technical support needed
6. Is there VAT exemption for people registered blind?
Anyone in Europe that is visually impaired can claim relief from VAT under
group 12 of schedule 8 to the Value Added Tax Act of 1994
7. Can I trial the MonoMouse before purchasing?
We offer a full 30 day money back guarantee, this is to allow the user to
try the product in their own home decide if it will benefit them
If you have any further questions or wish to order a MonoMouse to try at
home please feel free to call me on 01664 474069.
Thanks again,
Best Regards
