Hi Ted.You are way ahead of me. That was my second question, how to create a template of sorts that I can use everytime I wish to write to the group. I'll have a wee look this afternoon at creating a group within my address book. Thanks for that. Best wishes. Andy

Andy, I'm a bit late as usual, and it may not be what you want to do, but if you want to write to the same group of people regularly, you can create a group by going to the address book and choosing create group from the file menu. It's fairly self explanatory after that, and it saves time typing lots of names every time.Ted ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
