In the 'To' field, put all the contacts in at once seperated by a comma. If
you only use a letter or two to put the contact you want in there, press
'end' to get to the end of the contact before putting the contact. For
example, if I wanted to send to the jaws list, the access list and the
vigenisis list I would do the following:

1. Control +n to get a new message.
2. In the 'to' field, I'd press j and autocomplete feature would put in the
jaws address.
3. I'd press 'end' to get to the end of the jaws address then type a comma.
4. I'd press ac and the access address would be put in the field.
5. Again, I'd press 'end' and type a comma.
6. finally, I'd press vi and the digenesis address would be put in.
7. After that, I'd just tab to the 'title' and write the title then tab to
the Edit field and write my message.
The same thing can be done with forwarded messages with control +f instead
of +n.

Sorry if that was OTT, but it's the only way I could think of explaining it
properly.Barry

Hi all.

Can anyone please advise me how to send a single message to a group of
people, without having to send these one at a time.

Best wishes.
Andy
