[access-uk] new system help?

Hi folks,
Using window eyes 8.4, with windows 8.1 and office 201.
I was using windows xp with office 2003, and the screen reader jaws.
I have only changed to the above last week, I'm finding outlook quite
difficult as I was always used to outlook express.
One of my problems is when typing an email if I don't put a capitol letter
window eyes says, smart tag: undo auto actions.
This also applies in Microsoft word.
Can any one help?
