Dear Alex,

Jackie just described where to find the manual if you have difficulties
let me know and I e-mail it to you. I also could call your customer.
I must correct this as we do give support over the phone. So you
needn't to come into our resource centre if something isn't working with
the phone or you need help with the same.
I don't know who provided this kind of information. Ask him to give me a
call

0207 391 23 08

And we'll help asap!

Best wishes, madlen

Hi Alex

Download the manual from the online shop. When you select the Owasys
phone for more information, there should be product instructions in doc
format below. I'm surprised RNIB didn't provide this information as it
is readily available.

I wonder if anyone can help me. I have a user who has bought one of the
oasys talking mobile phones, and they want some help using it. Does
anyone know where I can get an electronic copy of the manual from
please?

This phone was bought from the RNIB and they're being less than helpful,
they won't give any support without the person concerned going to the
resource centre which is not convenients

Cheers

Alex
