Hi, Hopeing that someone might have an answer to this.

I have an HP970 colour ink jet printer. I was recently told that the last
line on a 4 page document had not been printed. Apparently the rest of the
document had printed fine, although some of the tops of letters were
missing.

Does anyone know what might be causing this problem? The only thing I can
think of is that the ink might be running out, but would that not cause a
more consistent printing problem and provide me with some kind of message on
the computer?

I'm quite worried about this as I'm going to need to print the revised
version of my MPhil thesis soon on this printer.
cheers
