HI Yusuf:

Sounds to me like ink is low, and it's not often I get an ink low =
warning on
my printer here.

Try another cartridge.

Subject: [access-uk] printer problem

Hi, Hopeing that someone might have an answer to this.

I have an HP970 colour ink jet printer. I was recently told that the =
last=20
line on a 4 page document had not been printed. Apparently the rest of =
the=20
document had printed fine, although some of the tops of letters were=20
missing.

Does anyone know what might be causing this problem? The only thing I =
can=20
think of is that the ink might be running out, but would that not cause =
a=20
more consistent printing problem and provide me with some kind of =
message on

the computer?

I'm quite worried about this as I'm going to need to print the revised=20
version of my MPhil thesis soon on this printer.
cheers
