[access-uk] problems

Hello All. Now I have several questions so I will deal with the first one now
and send the others later.
I have a pen drive with my Christmas labels on it. When I plug it into either
of my desktop computers the info does not show up. In fact jaws goes quiet and
all that is on the screen is the desktop. On my wife's laptop the info is
there
on screen but she hasn't got MSWORD so I can't type into the labels to change
addresses.
Does anyone have any ideas why the info will not show on my computers? I have
tried with and without a USB hub. I am using JFW 4.51. Any help would be
appreciated.
