Refer them to this Knowledge Base Article Number 812247 and
ask them what the procedure is here in the U.K.

Hi all
I have looked on line for this topic, but can't find
anything. Apologies for being off topic.
I need to reinstall xp on to one of our pc's, but I think
the xp cd is damaged, due to problems when trying to install
it.
The copy I have is a fully licensed version, and I obviously
have the serial number for it.
Does anyone know where I can get a replacement cd, without
having to buy another licensed copy?
Any help appreciated.
