Hi.
I'm sure you've already considered this, but figured I had better
put it out there all the same. There exist many USB to serial adapters, and
quite a few PCI to serial port cards. I have also seen a unit that was
supposed to make serial devices work over a network, though I am unsure as
to how well this works. If I may ask, does it have to be built on to the
motherboard? If so, you may have a hard time finding one.
        Aman

Subject: [access-uk] serial ports

Hi,

Anyone know of any desktop or work stations that have a serial port?

Even having trouble finding a motherboard with a port or header.

Thanks

Keith
