I think perhaps Spybot does harm the nortom  Internet Security anti various.
If this is incorrect then which Spybot position are safe to scan?

Have you run a spyware program like AdAware or Spybot to remove any
malware from your computer?

   Hi all,
My other Dell computer  suddenly most programmes does not responding very
well including Window Media Player. But the other Window logging user is
working OK.
I'm thinking to reformat the computer is there is a way to
fix this kind problem?
I done the disk clean up and defrag the computer.
Any suggestion?
