Ronnie, all your programmes will be intact, however they'll most likely use
default settings, so you may need to put them back to how you like them if
you don't have backup copies of your data, to which most you can find in
your current user profile. Hope that helps.

   Thank Chris,
If I deleted my old profile user and created a new user, I am not quite
sure how to copy all the programmes and data although I know all the
passwords are needed to be created again?
Thank you.

Ronnie, it could be a problem specific to your user profile. I'm not sure
of
a better solution apart from deleting the entire profile and re-creating
it.
Good luck.

   Hi all,
My other Dell computer suddenly most programmes does not responding very
well including Window Media Player. But the other Window logging user is
working OK.
I'm thinking to reformat the computer is there is a way to
fix this kind problem?
I done the disk clean up and defrag the computer.
Any suggestion?
Thank you.
Ronnie
