Hi Brian. Your guide dog identification card should be sufficient proof that you are the owner and fully responsible for your canine, its just a health and safety requirement in all probability. If you send them a photocopy of the card before you book and ask them to confirm whether they’ll accept that, I cant see why you’d have a problem getting in to the resort. All the best and sorry George for replying to this, we do get the occasional OT messages on here. Good luck with the booking, Ibrahim. Their website states that although pets are not allowed, guided dogs and dog s for the deaf are providing your produce a registration document prior to making a booking. other than your guide dog ID card, there are no registration documents. I've tried explaining this to butlins, but i'm not sure they understand that they are asking for something that doesn't exist. Has anyone else had this sort of problem with butlins or any other establishment? Brian
