peter I use it with sighted assistance, if you have no speech at all here's the steps to restore your system to an earlier time.
first off, you need to pin it to the start menu.
then, if you have no speech or a pair of eyes around, press the windows key, then press the letter s.
this will put you on system restore.
press enter, and tab 7 times this will land you on the next button.
press the space bar, and now shift back three times to take you back to the last restore point. now tab back to the next button which would be 3 times and hit the space bar. press space bar on the next button it will automatically land you on it so just press the space bar and sit back and wait.
