hi there well with the app you can do things so much faster and if you are in a
car or bus going to the station you cannot go online with your pc then. as i do
a lot of travelling about i find this app very well worth the £5 as it is so
easy to use. also the company that wrote the app have put in time to make it
accessible for blind people. now to making phone calls. well yesterday i rang
vodafone seven times yes seven times. all the people i talked to could not
speak good english at all and they kept putting me on to the wrong department.
i cannot login to my account online and use the billing section so round and
round we go calling on the phone for ages. the same happened a couple of weeks
ago with my isp provider demon you cannot get to speak tz someone at all. the
only people you could talk to was apart consultancy joe payton who demon are
terminating his post as was aired on in touch the other week. sometimes for a
totally blind person one needs to talk to someone so if
we have an app or something that is accessible for us it is a miricle. the
last ten times i have been on trains piano tuning eight of these times i have
had to stand up on the tlain with my tuning big bag and the dog with me.
the country is going to the dogs. everything we used to have is going away from
us. and if ever there was a time for all of us blind people to stand together
is now.
