Barry, Then you may have to do it manually. go onto the site, then choose mp3 players, then choose the zen stone from the listboxes. Do not use the check for updates link or you will have the same error message. Once you are on the Zen Stone page, go to downloads and you should find an update software link. I do not have time to go onto the site to check exactly what to do, but this should get you roughly in the right place. If you are still unable to find it, I will have more time tomorrow to help, but I am sure someone will assist in the meantime.
