Hi Barry, This problem I was having but to do with updating my sound card, " active X has stopped this program from accessing, my son in law did it in the end for me, apparently just below the address bar there is some thing that you click on to allow active X to access your computer. As to weather your screen reader will read this for you who knows Jaws 8 for me didn't.
