[access-uk] update on new dvd-rw problem

seems google has rescued me! smile. if anyone ever gets this problem do the
following i copied off a message board somewhere, it seems to have worked!
Right-Click on the drive with the problem. go to Properties, then Recording
Tab
and then check the "Enable CD Recording On This Drive" box.
and that fixed it.
