[access-uk] web markers for jaws

Particularly to James O'Dell or anyone else, I have produced a set of what I
call Web Marker scripts which allow you to locate specific text strings on
web pages. Better still, the scripts allow you to create a phrase you would
like spoken by JAWS as and when the string is moved to. If anyone wants to
